is very pleased to announce that our CEO and Founder, Rachael Matilda Farrell is a Registered Professional Engineer responsible for overall management of Farrell Energy Solution and has more than thirty two years of experience in domestic oil/gas exploration and production operations, management, and petroleum engineering consulting.Rachael has extensive management experience in production, drilling, and reservoir engineering, with total P/L responsibility for an independent oil/gas producer operating in the major domestic onshore basins and in coastal GOM waters. She served as shareholder, director, and chief operating officer for privately owned oil and gas exploration and production company through June 2003 .. She works with the Board of Directors and senior staff to develop strategic and business plans and formulate the organization’s goals, objectives, policies, and programs. she also organizes and directs the global staff organization,
